About the retreat:
Life has us hen-pecked on most days. With to do lists, don't lists, rat races, daily chases. It's time to take a pause, don't you think? To make sense of everything around us and within us.
We at Sehatvan have organised a getaway for people who have a story to tell. You don't need to know how to say it, just know that you have one to tell. This new year, let's come together to write new tales that speak about who we are. Stories of the food we eat and dwell on the meaning that life holds for us.

All this and more with the guidance of Vikram Sridhar

Vikram Sridhar is a 33-year-old child who still loves watching an elephant from its back, plucking mangoes from the tree and sleeping in a lake for hours (a still lake!). He is a Performance Storyteller who believes in Storytelling as a strong medium for Conservation, which is highly relevant in the modern context. He connects the modern day listeners to the environment around us through the power of stories and arts.

Stories make us or do we make stories? Let's find out together in this retreat.

Who is it for?
If you are looking to slow down, take a step forward and open yourself up for new experiences, this retreat is for you. We are looking for participants who wish to understand nature and all that it has to offer, people who are open to go back to simpler living habits and explore their response to such surroundings. The retreat holds space for everyone with an open mind and the will to explore.

What can you expect?
On a personal level, we wish for you to open up and have conversations about your life journeys, the meaning you find in the mundane and what makes you happy. We are looking to have discussions on health and how to find a balance between the various aspects of our lives. We will all cook and work on the farm together to get a holistic experience of living close to the earth. The retreat will have conversations on how to keep our youthfulness alive and ways to increase lifespan through small lifestyle changes.
Moreover, you can also look forward to a release of feel good, happy hormones as you eat freshly made dinner under the starlit skies.

Contribution for the retreat:
Suggested range (to be accomodating to both students and professionals):
